1. Mobile Trading App

1.1 Getting Started

The TRDR Mobile Trading App provides a complete trading experience identical to MetaTrader 4. Access the app through your mobile device using Expo Go or through the web browser.

Accessing the App

Mobile (iOS/Android): Download "Expo Go" from App Store or Google Play, then scan the QR code displayed in the development environment to launch TRDR
Web Browser: Navigate to the app URL on port 8081 for web-based access
Published App: When published, access via the .replit.app domain or custom domain

Account Registration

Step 1: Open the app and tap "Create Account" on the login screen
Step 2: Enter your first name, last name, email address, and create a secure password (minimum 6 characters)
Step 3: Tap "Sign Up" to create your account - you will be automatically logged in
Step 4: Your trading account is created with $0 balance - contact your administrator to fund your account

Logging In

Email & Password: Enter your registered email and password
Session Persistence: The app remembers your login using secure token storage
Multiple Devices: You can be logged in on multiple devices simultaneously

Security Note: Your password is securely hashed and never stored in plain text. Always use a strong, unique password for your trading account.

1.2 Market Watch (Quotes Tab)

The Market Watch screen displays real-time quotes from your personal watchlist with live MT4 broker prices. This is designed to exactly match the MT4 Market Watch display.

Quote Display Format

Symbol Name: The instrument identifier (e.g., EURUSD.s, BTCUSD, XAUUSD)
Spread: The difference between bid and ask prices displayed in points
Bid Price: The price at which you can SELL (shown in red/coral color)
Ask Price: The price at which you can BUY (shown in teal/green color)
Superscript Digits: The last digits are displayed larger for precision (MT4 style)
Daily Range: The low and high prices for the current trading day
Mini Chart: Small sparkline showing recent price movement direction

Real-Time Updates

WebSocket Connection: Prices update via WebSocket at 10ms intervals for real-time accuracy
Price Flash: Prices flash green (up) or red (down) when they change
Connection Status: The app shows connection status and automatically reconnects if disconnected

Managing Your Watchlist

Add Symbols: Tap the orange "+" button in the header to open the symbol selector
Symbol Categories: Browse by category - Forex, Commodities, Crypto, Indices, Stocks
Search: Use the search bar to quickly find specific instruments
Edit Mode: Tap the pencil icon to enter edit mode and remove symbols with the red "-" button
Reorder: In edit mode, drag symbols to reorder your watchlist
Save: Tap "Done" to save your changes - watchlist syncs to your account

Quick Actions

Tap Symbol: Opens the trading modal with Buy/Sell buttons
Chart Button: Navigates to the chart for that symbol
Details: Shows additional instrument information including contract size and margin requirements

Tip: Your watchlist is saved to your account and syncs across all devices. Build a focused watchlist with only the symbols you actively trade to reduce information overload.

1.3 Trading & Order Execution

Execute trades with our intuitive trading interface designed to match MT4's order execution experience.

Opening a Trade

Step 1: Tap on any symbol in Market Watch to open the trading panel
Step 2: Set your trade volume using the lot size selector (0.01 to 100 lots)
Step 3: Optionally set Stop Loss and Take Profit levels
Step 4: Tap "SELL" (red) to go short or "BUY" (teal) to go long
Step 5: Confirm the trade in the confirmation dialog

Order Types

Market Order: Execute immediately at current market price
Pending Order (Limit): Execute when price reaches your specified level
Buy Limit: Buy at a lower price than current market
Sell Limit: Sell at a higher price than current market
Buy Stop: Buy at a higher price (breakout)
Sell Stop: Sell at a lower price (breakdown)

Trade Parameters

Volume (Lots): Trade size in lots. 1 standard lot = 100,000 units for forex
Stop Loss (SL): Price level to automatically close position if trade goes against you
Take Profit (TP): Price level to automatically close position when profit target is reached
Margin Required: The amount blocked from your balance as collateral

Margin Calculation

Formula:

Margin = (Price x Volume x Contract Size) / Leverage

Example: EURUSD at 1.1000, 0.1 lots, 1:100 leverage = (1.1000 x 0.1 x 100,000) / 100 = $110 margin

Risk Warning: Trading involves significant risk of loss. Always use Stop Loss orders to limit potential losses. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.

1.5 Trade Tab (Portfolio & Positions)

Monitor your account health and manage all open positions from the Trade tab.

Account Summary

Balance: Your account balance (excluding unrealized P/L)
Equity: Balance + Unrealized P/L = Your real-time account value
Margin: Amount currently locked as collateral for open positions
Free Margin: Equity - Margin = Available for new trades
Margin Level: (Equity / Margin) x 100 = Account health percentage

Open Positions

Symbol: The traded instrument
Direction: BUY (long) or SELL (short)
Volume: Position size in lots
Open Price: Entry price of the trade
Current Price: Live market price
Unrealized P/L: Current profit or loss (updates in real-time)
Swap: Overnight interest charges/credits

Managing Positions

Close Position: Tap the "X" button to close at current market price
Modify SL/TP: Tap position to edit Stop Loss and Take Profit levels

Pending Orders

View Orders: All pending orders are listed below open positions
Order Type: Buy Limit, Sell Limit, Buy Stop, Sell Stop
Trigger Price: The price level at which the order will execute

Margin Call: If your Margin Level drops below 100%, you may receive a margin call. If it drops below 50%, positions may be automatically closed to protect your account.

2. CRM Admin Dashboard

2.1 Getting Started

The CRM Admin Dashboard is the central hub for managing all aspects of the TRDR trading platform.

Accessing the CRM

URL: Access the CRM at /admin/ path (e.g., yourdomain.com/admin/)
First Admin: The first user to sign up becomes the primary administrator
Team Access: Additional team members can be added by existing admins

Login & Authentication

Email & Password: Enter your CRM credentials (separate from app user accounts)
Session Management: Sessions persist until you explicitly logout
Sign Up: New admins can self-register, but roles can be adjusted by senior admins

Environment Selection

Development Mode: Orange badge - working with test/development database
Production Mode: Green badge - working with live production data
Toggle: Click the DEV/PROD button to switch environments (if configured)

Warning: Always verify you're in the correct environment before making changes. Production changes affect real users and cannot be undone.

2.2 Dashboard Overview

The Overview tab provides real-time statistics and key metrics for your trading platform.

Accounts Statistics

TRDR Team: Number of TRDR team members (admins and staff)
Total Accounts: Number of trading accounts (users can have multiple)
Active Accounts: Accounts with status "active" that can trade
Affiliate: Number of registered affiliates

Financial Overview

Total Balance (AUM): Sum of all account balances - Assets Under Management
Total Equity: Sum of all account equity (balance + unrealized P/L)
Open P&L: Total unrealized profit/loss across all open positions
Today's Realized P/L: Profit/loss from trades closed today
Total Swap Fees: Cumulative overnight interest charges

Trading Activity

Open Positions: Currently active trades across all accounts

2.3 CRM Team Management

Manage your CRM team members, their roles, and access permissions.

Adding Team Members

Step 1: Click "Add Team Member" button
Step 2: Enter first name, last name, email, and initial password
Step 3: Select the appropriate role for the new member
Step 4: Click "Add Member" to create the account

Team Member Roles

Admin: Full access to all CRM features including team management, all data, and system settings
Accounts Team: Can view and manage user accounts, process deposits/withdrawals, but cannot modify team settings

Managing Existing Members

Search: Use the search bar to find team members by name or email
Change Role: Click "Change Role" to update a member's permissions
Reset Password: Click "Reset Password" to set a new password for the member
Remove: Click "Remove" to delete the team member account (requires confirmation)

Security Best Practice: Follow the principle of least privilege - only give team members the minimum access required for their role. Regularly review and revoke access for inactive members.

2.4 Affiliates Management

Manage affiliate partners who refer new traders to your platform.

Viewing Affiliates

Affiliate List: All registered affiliate partners with their codes
Referral Count: Number of users each affiliate has referred
Total Deposits: Sum of deposits from referred users
Total Commissions: Earned commissions based on trading activity
Status: Active, pending, or suspended affiliates

Creating New Affiliates

Step 1: Click "Add Affiliate" button
Step 2: Enter affiliate's name, email, and password
Step 3: Set commission structure (percentage or fixed)

Processing Withdrawals

Note: Withdrawals cannot exceed the account's free margin. If the user has open positions, ensure sufficient margin remains to avoid margin calls.

2.6 Transactions

Complete financial ledger of all platform transactions.

Transaction Statistics

Total Deposits: Sum of all deposits (shown in green)
Total Withdrawals: Sum of all withdrawals (shown in red)
Net Balance: Deposits minus withdrawals
Transaction Count: Total number of transactions

Filtering Transactions

Date Range: Set From and To dates to filter by period
Transaction Type: Filter by deposits, withdrawals, or all
Refresh: Click refresh to reload with current filters

2.7 Copy Trading

Master Account Setup

MT4 Login: The account number from your MT4 broker
Password: MT4 investor password (read-only recommended for safety)

Name: Friendly name for this master account

Connection Status

Connected: Green indicator - actively syncing trades
Disconnected: Red indicator - not receiving trades

Adding Followers

Select Account: Choose which TRDR account will copy trades

Managing Followers

View Followers: See all accounts following this master
Remove Follower: Stop copying for a specific account
Adjust Settings: Modify multiplier or copy settings

How It Works: When the master MT4 account opens a trade, TRDR automatically opens the same trade (with multiplier) on all follower accounts. Closes are also synchronized.

Trade ID: Unique identifier for each trade
User: Account holder who placed the trade

How Attribution Works

Link Click: When someone clicks your link, a cookie is set
Registration: If they register within 30 days, they're attributed to you
Lifetime: Once attributed, commissions are earned for the lifetime of the account

Referral List

Trader ID: Anonymized identifier for each referral
Registration Date: When the trader signed up
Status: Registered, Deposited, Active, Inactive
Total Deposits: Sum of deposits from this trader
Trading Volume: Total lots traded by this referral
Commission Earned: Total you've earned from this trader

Filtering & Sorting

Date Range: Filter by registration or activity date
Status: Show only active, deposited, or all referrals
Sort: By date, deposits, volume, or commissions
Search: Find specific referrals by ID

Referral Stages

Registered: Signed up but no deposit yet
Deposited: Made first deposit
Active: Trading within last 30 days
Inactive: No trading activity for 30+ days

3.5 Commission Structure

Commission Types

CPA (Cost Per Acquisition): One-time payment when referral makes first deposit
Revenue Share: Percentage of spread/commission from each trade
Hybrid: Combination of CPA + ongoing revenue share
Tiered: Higher rates as your referral volume increases

Your Commission Plan

Base Rate: Your current commission percentage
Per Lot Rate: Commission earned per lot traded
Minimum Payout: Threshold before withdrawal
Payment Frequency: Weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly

Commission Calculation Example

Revenue Share Example:

Referral trades 10 lots of EURUSD
Spread = 1.5 pips = $15 per lot = $150 total spread
Your rev share = 30% of spread
Commission = $150 x 30% = $45
